The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Assistant, supporting the smooth purchasing and supply chain operations of our business.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing stock procurement to meet service levels and minimise inventory costs
- Administering purchases for non-inventory items and overseeing invoice payments
- Capturing and submitting shipping documents to BPO in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining procurement records, orders, and payments with precision
- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks
Your Skills
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration (SAP expertise welcome)
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and data entry tools
