As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing stock procurement to meet service levels and minimise inventory costs
  • Administering purchases for non-inventory items and overseeing invoice payments
  • Capturing and submitting shipping documents to BPO in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining procurement records, orders, and payments with precision
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration (SAP expertise welcome)
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and data entry tools
