We're actively deploying end-to-end liquid hydrogen solutions across heavy transport, mining, and aviation markets. Our core competencies include green hydrogen production, storage, dispensing, and system integration. Additionally, we have a strong presence in the Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) markets of liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), and LNG, catering to customers ranging from animal husbandry to hi-tech research institutions, manufacturing, and defence.

The Role

  • We're seeking a Senior or hands-on Team Lead to guide more junior electrical engineers and contractors.
  • This role is suitable for a Senior interested in leadership or an experienced Senior/Lead who has experience mentoring or leading a small team.

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team delivering impactful projects in gas production, liquefaction, storage, and delivery.
  • You'll have the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions for world-leading projects, including hydrogen refueling stations and liquefiers.
  • You'll help develop best practice systems and processes, driving a continuous improvement culture.
  • You'll provide technical expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting support to resolve complex engineering problems.
  • You'll ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing processes.
  • You'll mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent (Electrical/Mechatronics).
  • Experience with designing control systems, instrumentation, and three-phase power systems.
  • Experience integrating industrial equipment with external processes.
  • Experience with creating electrical drawings, such as SLDs, interconnection & loop diagrams, and cabinet layouts.
  • Design of PLC controlled equipment from I/O list to FAT.
  • Exposure to Electrolysers, Air Separation Units, petroleum industry, or industrial automation would be beneficial.
  • Any product certification processes to international standards would be beneficial.
