- Monitor and assist students as needed in their daily routines across classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Initiate and follow through with behavioural interventions as designated and demonstrated by the teaching staff.
- Support the learning and wellbeing of pupils throughout the school.
Requirements
- Some existing knowledge of strategies and interventions for supporting students with autism is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students with diverse needs.
