Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Tangram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, orders, and customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Banking & Accounts: Process supplier payments, allocate transactions, and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Customer Service & Emails: Respond to enquiries, forward quotes, and manage follow-ups.
  • Stock & Orders: Perform stocktakes, enter purchase orders, and update inventory.
  • Order Management: Create and update customer and distributor orders, assign serial numbers, and communicate delays.
  • Weekly Reporting: Compile reports on quotes and invoices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration and accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask.
Bonus Requirements
  • Familiarity with Tall Emu (CRM) and MYOB.
