About the Role
This is a fixed-term, part-time position (0.65 FTE) as our current CNS is about to take parental leave. You will work in collaboration with a Pharmacist/Team Coordinator, a part-time Nurse Practitioner, two Administrators and a Geriatrician Clinical Leader. The Fracture Liaison team operates district-wide, across the Hutt Valley and Capital Coast areas, seeing patients in inpatient wards and outpatient appointments.
Your primary location will be Wellington Hospital and Kenepuru Hospital, with team meetings and education based at Hutt Hospital. You will often work independently, requiring clinical autonomy, and may need to work flexible hours from time to time. Travel within the District may also be required.
