The Role
We're seeking an administrative support specialist to join our team, providing assistance with administrative and typing tasks. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work under pressure, and maintain high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and typing activities in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain information systems and ensure accurate data entry
- Provide support to the iCAMHS service as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of data entry and record-keeping procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
