Salary: $31.50 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to coordinate food production and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and other departments.

You will lead the kitchen in preparing dishes to meet service requirements, ensuring all food adheres to recipes and high culinary standards. You will also maintain inventory of daily food and product needs, communicating with the Executive Chef to ensure adequate supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Able to work as a team player with a strong passion for the culinary arts
  • Committed to culinary excellence, flexible to work across all shifts
  • Experienced in working in medium to large Hotel kitchens, with 4+ star hotel experience being highly advantageous
