Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets for allocated products. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales target for allocated products
- Develop and maintain opportunities and key account management plans for selected products using available tools
- Be accountable for implementation of marketing/channel strategies
- Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to maximize the return on investment as per playbook
- Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action where appropriate
- Actively participate at all scheduled sales and team huddle meetings
- Work effectively in conjunction with other S+N staff where overlap of territory/account responsibilities exists
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in science or business-related disciplines and proven experience in medical sales, especially in the hospital sector. A good understanding of the NZ public and private healthcare system is also essential.
