Role Overview

The Campaign Performance Analyst is a key role in the delivery of revenue integrity, debt management, and tolling operations for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement campaign strategies to deliver targeted omni-channel customer communication.
  • Analyse complex data sets related to NZTA's revenue and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement campaign strategy & planning to achieve successful campaign performance.
