Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Coordinator to join our Integrated Recovery team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, providers, employers, and communities to facilitate recovery and remove barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate support for clients to return to independence
  • Challenge and identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Work collaboratively with the client's rehabilitation team to develop and implement recovery plans

Requirements:

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal resilience to manage challenging situations
