The Role

The Head of Project Operations, APAC is a senior leadership position that oversees project delivery and clinical operations across the Asia-Pacific region.This role ensures the successful delivery of clinical trials by leading high-performing teams, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Leadership: Build and develop project management and clinical operations staff.
  • Project Oversight: Implement clinical studies with high quality, within budget, and on time.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage department budgets, focusing on profitability and efficiency.
  • Custoemr Engagement: Foster relationships with sponsors, hospitals, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, science, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in clinical research.
  • Proven leadership experience (8+ years) managing teams in clinical project management.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead multi-phase clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
