You will also facilitate meetings and workshops to document well-balanced requirements from subject matter experts, develop robust and easy-to-understand outputs and presentations for stakeholders and managers, and provide coaching, guidance, and mentoring to Business Analysts in the team.

In this role, you will work closely with business units across the Electoral Commission to identify their needs and weave the requirements throughout planning, design, development, and delivery for election events and projects.

To achieve successful business innovation and change, your role will involve identifying accurate business requirements, processes, tools, systems, and user stories; defining opportunities for improvement; undertaking necessary data and process analyses to formulate evidence-based recommendations; translating business needs into solutions and business impact.
