The Role

As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will play a critical role in providing eye care advice and guidance to our clients. You will work closely with our Optometrists to dispense lenses and frames according to their prescriptions.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, creating a positive experience for them. Additionally, you will assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Essential Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the optical industry or 2 years of retail sales experience
  • Previous experience with store opening/closing duties
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
