Job Description:
- As a Department Manager, you will lead a team of direct reports and set an example of best service, supporting the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers.
- You'll coach the team on the right service behaviours, assist with inducting and training the team, and ensure merchandising standards fit with business requirements.
