This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that values its staff and strives to create a positive work environment.Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have proficiency in various landscaping techniques such as paving, fencing, decking, working with different materials like stone, concrete, and wood. They will also have excellent horticulture skills from lawn care and pruning, to weeding, planting, and trimming. As a skilled communicator, they will be able to interact effectively with clients and team members alike, ensuring that their needs and concerns are always addressed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping
- Level 3 Horticulture or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of hard landscaping techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
- Full driver's license for manual and automatic vehicles
