Pathways is a leading mental health and addiction service in Aotearoa, empowering individuals to live full lives in their communities. We prioritize mental health while striving for overall well-being, fostering strong whanau connections, and promoting personalized support.

The Role
You'll be working Sunday to Thursday from 3pm to 11.30pm, based in Tauranga. In this role, you will:

  • Support people in our housing and recovery mental health service
  • Have good people skills and be able to work independently and within a wider team
  • Be busy supporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skills
  • Attend appointments and advocate for people
  • Assist people to connect with their communities

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good people skills and ability to work independently and within a wider team
  • A current full New Zealand driver's licence
  • A current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
