These roles are within our Power Tools, Hardware, Automotive and ready to assemble storage department. You'll advise customers about our range of products and help them select the right tools and materials for their DIY or building projects.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Enthusiasm and teamwork;
  • A passion for customer service excellence;
  • Good time management;
  • A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible;
  • Willingness to learn; and
  • Excellent communication skills.

Previous retail experience and knowledge of power tools and building products are viewed favorably. We have two roles available: a full-time role at 40 hours per week and a part-time role at 16 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. If you enjoy helping customers find the right products for their projects, we'd love to hear from you.
