Main Responsibilities* Drive transformation and deliver significant change within the organization* Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operations* Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness* Collaborate with project teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders* Stay informed about DOC's iconic role in New Zealand and collaborative efforts with Treaty Partners

Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field* 3+ years of business analysis experience in a complex environment* Strong delivery focus and ability to work under pressure* Lean experience - proficient in eliminating waste, performing just-in-time analysis, and mapping key value streams* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines* Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or other delivery approaches* Experience through the whole project and systems delivery lifecycle, including discovery* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience* Experience with using financial systems, such as SAP* Experience mapping processes to BPMN2.0 standards* Experience using ARIS* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
