As a Tactical Skills Instructor - Firearms, you will work in a supportive learning environment where recruit training is a priority. You will have opportunities to develop your coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills while contributing to the development of the next generation of police officers.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Experience and passion for coaching and mentoring staff
  • Being accountable for performance and taking responsibility for the development of up-and-coming staff

  • Operating environment: breadth of experience in core aspects of policing
  • Cross-training in Defensive Tactics, Firearms, and Driving Section
