As part of the SMART library collaboration, we provide a range of services, collections, and spaces that support literacy, knowledge, information, research, study, recreation, and leisure activities.
The Role
- Provide leadership for frontline library services through staffing management and rostering.
- Manage the fiction library collection to ensure high-quality customer service for all users.
- Lead staff to deliver exemplary customer service, utilizing excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
About You
- You'll bring positive energy, compassion, and attention to detail to this role.
- You'll need to demonstrate a good understanding of how public libraries operate and show experience working with people as a leader and influencer.
- A genuine interest in fiction books, along with a flexible approach, commitment to customer experience, and natural ability to relate well to people of all ages and backgrounds, is essential.
