We are currently implementing a large-scale digital case management system, Te Au Reka, which will transform the way people interact with our courts and tribunals. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and the Delivery Manager to ensure the end-to-end design of the Te Au Reka service is fit for purpose.
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric services using User experience analysis, design, and testing.
- Influence and drive customer-centric thinking across various stakeholders.
