Job Overview
Equans NZ Limited is seeking an experienced compliance professional to join our Fire & Mechanical divisions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing all compliance administration and maintenance scheduling. You will utilise your service delivery skillset and knowledge of BWoF & 12a processes to ensure seamless operations.

About the Role
You will be an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers. In response to customer requirements, you will schedule and coordinate trade personnel to ensure that specified systems are maintained in line with compliance schedules. Your responsibilities will include developing workload plans, scheduling service deliveries, managing inbound phone calls, and providing administrative support to Managers and business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain office filing systems
  • Liaise with certified IQPs to obtain compliance documentation signatures
  • Work closely with the Fire Division Manager to ensure customers and Council are informed of any issues affecting completion of 12a's and Building Warrants of Fitness
  • Analyse data and cleanse existing accounts using Excel
  • Process local contract invoicing as per contract terms and conditions
