About the RoleThis is a key leadership role within Progressionhr, requiring a confident and resilient individual who can provide expert guidance on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Advisor and be ready for a Senior HR Advisor opportunity or looking to step sideways into another great Senior HR Advisor role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing HR advisory services to managers across multiple sites
- Supporting with ER, immigration, recruitment, HR admin, and document drafting
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
The successful candidate will report to a supportive Head of P&P and enjoy being part of this small team of three. Once relationships are built and learning has taken place, there may be an opportunity to work one day per week from home.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, you'll need to have the right to work in New Zealand. You'll bring high attention to detail, consistency in your approach, and a continuous improvement mindset. It's essential that you have experience giving advice and guidance to managers around ER processes, such as absenteeism issues and incorrect use of PPE.
