- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reservation Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling hotel reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office department.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Reservation Processing: Handle all reservation inquiries, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, or in-person.
- Front Office Support: Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and other hotel services.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reservation records, billing, and guest information.
About You
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in hotel operations or a related field.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, software, and technology is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to handle guest complaints and issues effectively.
