Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to work collaboratively with senior practitioners, specialise in preferred litigation areas, and contribute to our reputation as a high-performing litigation practice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with senior lawyers to deliver exceptional results
  • Specialising in your preferred areas of litigation, including disputes arising from company, trusts, estates, contracts, regulatory, defamation, and property law
  • Contributing to the growth and success of our litigation practice

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years PQE in civil litigation and dispute resolution in NZ or Australia
  • Strong legal acumen, problem-solving, and advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
  • A strong academic background with excellent drafting skills
