Job Description:

  • Deliver focused interventions to equip clients with effective coping mechanisms for work and life challenges.
  • Provide emotional support through in-person, video, and telehealth counselling sessions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff resilience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current APC registration with NZAC, DAPAANZ, SWRB, or NZCCAT.
  • Tertiary level 7 qualification in Counselling or a related field.
  • Experience in psychological first aid, couples counselling, and working with children and teenagers.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapy models such as SFT, CBT, and FACT is advantageous.
