Health Safety and Wellbeing Solutions Specialist

We are looking for a Health Safety and Wellbeing Solutions Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing and improving our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) technology systems, digital tools, and programmes within our Safety Management System (SMS) framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing HSW programmes and initiatives.
  • Developing and enhancing digital tools and systems to support safety strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align safety programmes with organisational strategies.
  • Overseeing the implementation and communication of safety projects and initiatives.
  • Developing and supporting comprehensive HSW training programmes.
  • Continuously improving the SMS platform and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Promoting compliance with organisational policies and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
