Technologist Position Available - Service Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technologist to join our Service Team at Tangram. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking maintenance, repair, and engineering works on commercial building services, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Working closely with your Service Coordinator, you will be assigned Service and Maintenance jobs for the Electrical services of multiple commercial buildings, focusing on improving building reliability and maintaining tenant comfort.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake maintenance, repair, and engineering works on commercial building services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve building reliability and maintain tenant comfort.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • NZ Electrical Registration as either an Electrician or Electrical Technician.
  • Experience working in commercial air conditioning is advantageous but not essential.
  • The ability to pass a security check.
  • New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.
