Job Description

This is a permanent part-time position, offering 20 hours per week with flexible working hours. The role can be based at any of our Waihi, Rotorua, or Tauranga stores. As an Administrator, you'll work closely with our management team to ensure all administration tasks are accurate, up-to-date, and legible. You'll also assist with inventory and invoicing, as well as the rollout of Cin7.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the management team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with inventory management and invoicing processes
  • Support the implementation of new systems, such as Cin7

Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
