Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and delivering the people strategy for our APAC operations. You will lead the implementation of best practices and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the local implementation of the people strategy
  • Contribute to the broader HR team across the APAC region
  • Manage generalist HR activities, collaborating with team members to deliver key programs
  • Influence key policies, processes, programs, and employee experiences
  • Implement APAC policies and processes
  • Talent management, including recruitment and onboarding efforts
  • People development, including digitising the learning experience
  • Health & Safety hazard management
  • Reporting and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in HR Generalist capacity
  • Strong understanding of New Zealand Employment Law and Health & Safety legislation
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field
  • Experience in Manufacturing and/or FMCG is highly desirable
  • Confident in training facilitation and presenting to groups
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
