We are seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member, you will undergo comprehensive training in the window cleaning trade and have opportunities for growth and development.
- No experience is required, but you must be comfortable with heights.
- You will receive pay increases based on your attitude and responsibility.
- Our company is established, licensed, and insured in Dunedin, serving Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties.
- We offer growth opportunities with internal promotions.
- We provide support for career development and regular company events.
- You should be outgoing, have strong communication skills, and be quality-focused.
- You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- You must be able to pass a drug test (our workplace is drug-free).
- Your hourly rate during probation will be between $15-$18.
- After probation, your hourly rate will increase to $18-$25, with performance-based raises.
- You will work no nights or major holidays; occasional weekend work may be required.
