  • Supporting the design and implementation of a learning platform to drive capability within our people\
  • Couching and mentoring manufacturing leaders to support semi-autonomous operations\
  • Leading capital works implementations for projects under $500,000 and supporting plant modernization through project management office\
  • Championing quality standards and leading change initiatives for successful implementation and adoption\
  • Experience in senior leadership roles within FMCG or similar regulated environments, with a degree in engineering or relevant industry experience\
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing large high-performing teams, and lean manufacturing tools and concepts\
  • A continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies\
