Job Description

As a graduate at DXC Technology, you will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with clients to improve their business through our offerings and expertise. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and learn from experienced professionals.

Our graduate program operates across several roles, including:

  • Application Developer: Create, test, and program applications for our clients.
  • Technical Consulting: Collaborate with clients to improve their business through DXC's offerings and expertise.
  • Software Engineering: Design, develop, test, and evaluate IT software.
  • Test Engineer: Plan, design, and evaluate applications and products for clients.
  • Business Analyst: Bridge the gap between IT and the business using analysis to support business decisions.
  • Business Consulting: Collaborate with clients to improve their business through DXC's offerings and expertise.
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, oversee, and lead customer projects to completion.
  • Sales: Generate business opportunities with current and future clients.
  • Service Delivery Coordinator: Coordinate service delivery for our clients' critical applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you should:

  • Be a New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Have completed all course requirements for your university degree or Polytechnic diploma no earlier than November 2023, and must be expecting to complete all course requirements for your degree no later than February 2026.
