As part of the company's mission to empower our energy future, we are seeking an experienced Business Analysis and Delivery Expert to join our IST Delivery Services team.

About the Role: The successful candidate will work alongside seasoned Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts to collaborate with stakeholders, elicit business problems, and translate them into solution requirements. This is a stimulating opportunity to work on intellectually challenging projects, applying problem trajectory analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis, design of new functionality, and product configuration.

Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include working on varied projects, learning, and applying problem-solving skills, participating in requirement prioritisation using techniques such as product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs, and contributing to the standardisation of business analysis ways of working.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant degree qualification in a related discipline such as business analysis, computer science, UX/UI design or an equivalent degree with courses in IT or Business Analysis included in the programme of study. You will also possess a high-level understanding of ICT concepts such as cloud, API integration, data mastership, cybersecurity, user experience, etc., and have gained some experience working in an ICT environment performing activities such as requirements gathering, business analysis, software testing and development, technical coordination, front-end or mobile app/website development.
