Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. As part of our dynamic and growing HR department, you will play a key role in supporting the needs of our employees and managers.

About the Role:

  • Supporting managers and employees by providing advice on people-related policies and processes.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for head office vacancies.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new staff and exit process for staff leavers.
  • Assisting with facilitating training and presenting to new starters.
  • Promoting Toyota's Employer Brand through various activities and tasks.
  • Performing generalist HR tasks as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant tertiary level qualification (preferably in HR).
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Fantastic people skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Competence using the MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice.
