About the Role
The Technical Advisor will be a critical link between the workshop and customers, ensuring technical issues are diagnosed efficiently and communicated clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technicians, Service Advisors, and customers to provide expert guidance and ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Diagnose and explain complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records using strong IT and administrative skills.
- Proactively manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Relevant mechanical or technical qualification.
- Strong technical background in commercial trucks, ideally with experience in a dealership or fleet environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and physically fit for hands-on work in the workshop.
