**Job Description**

The Acceptance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects at Tait Systems NZ. This includes overseeing the acceptance of sites, managing the submission of Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Coverage Verification Tests (CVT) results, and collaborating with the Next Generation Critical Communications (NGCC) team to resolve defects and secure acceptance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the Test Manager, RF, and Build teams to ensure defects are resolved promptly.
  • Coordinate re-drives with the Test Manager to gather additional data when required.
  • Report defects to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate areas of concern to Tait management and stakeholders.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will bring a combination of technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach. Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in testing, ideally within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused - you take ownership of challenges and seek solutions without prompting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and energetic - you contribute to a motivated and engaged team culture.
