Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement individualized learning plans for children in accordance with Te Whariki: Early Childhood Curriculum and Te Whariki a te Kohanga Reo
  2. Work closely with families, schools, and early childhood educators to ensure seamless transitions and effective learning outcomes
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver professional learning opportunities to improve teacher practice and student outcomes

You Will Need

  • Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification
  • Post-graduate Diploma in Specialist Teaching: Early Intervention or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum three years teaching experience and a deep understanding of child development, learning, and behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
