Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in the building industry.
- At least 2 years' experience in the Commercial or Construction industry in New Zealand, preferably in a professional consultant role.
- Project Management, Design Consultancy, Contracts Management, or multi-sector experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and numerical skills.
- Sound computer literacy, MS Office Suite, and MS Project skills.
- The ability to adapt and learn new skills to solve complex problems.
