Job Summary


NZCL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A full driver's license and confidence to safely transport passengers;
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including overnights and weekends.
