  • Contribution to service and organizational initiatives in clinical practice

About Our Team/Service/Location: The Ophthalmology Department provides a secondary and tertiary ophthalmic service for the Wellington region, including Kapiti, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa. Tertiary services are also provided for the lower North Island and upper South Island.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to be vocationally registered in Ophthalmology with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) and have FRANZCO or equivalent qualification. You will also need strong clinical skills, an interest in General Ophthalmology and Cataract management, and experience working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
