We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Paediatric Social Work. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and operational guidance to a team of dedicated paediatric social workers and contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality service delivery models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice and support to the team
  • Lead the development and implementation of service delivery models that meet the needs of children and families
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervise and mentor social work staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent patient care

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Social Work qualification recognized by the Social Work Registration Board in New Zealand
  • A current APC registration
  • Experience in child protection and family violence work within a health environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
