About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Manager to lead our home in St Albans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff to deliver high-quality care and support services. Key responsibilities include leading by example, guiding staff to adhere to Hawksbury's values, and promoting Enabling Good Lives principles to ensure residents can fully participate in their choices and goals.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Leadership experience in a care or support setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Ability to promote Enabling Good Lives principles

Work Arrangements
