About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled project manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in managing large-scale projects. A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field is essential, along with substantial experience in project management.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and training team members, implementing best practices, and contributing to the development of our project management team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently, with budgets ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars.
- Lead a project management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Deliver substantial-sized projects within local authorities, central government, or the engineering, infrastructure, or construction industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to co-ordinate project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
A competitive salary of approximately $130,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving project success and business growth.
