We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The Base store. As a key member of our retail store team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales, achieving KPIs, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the retail store team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation.
  • Motivate and coach your team to achieve excellent results in KPIs and added value targets.
  • Closely monitor store sales and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage wage costs and ensure compliance with company rostering standards.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to relevant legislation.
