The Role:

This is a shift-based operations role that involves managing day-to-day operations during your shift, ensuring the effective delivery of services, overseeing the safety of your team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Supervise teams to ensure that all safety standards and operational procedures are adhered to.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with both staff and clients.
  • Provide proactive solutions and ensure the smooth running of operations, even in challenging or high-pressure situations.
