About This OpportunityAs the Office Administration Manager at Club Wyndham Wanaka, you'll be part of a high-performing team driving sales and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional Guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Preparation of contractual paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policies.
- Coordinating the maintenance of consumables, collateral, and stationery to ensure seamless operations.
- Mentoring and leading an Administration Assistant to achieve outstanding results.
- Providing remote support to other Sales offices, promoting collaboration and consistency across teams.
- Effective management of daily banking and petty cash transactions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills to adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and Guests.
