Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Salesforce Engineer to join our team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding the business towards process improvement and efficiency in salesforce for our utilities business.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet user needs.
  • Develop and maintain software as part of a self-organizing scrum team, focusing on custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services.
  • Perform unit testing and create automated tests to ensure high-quality code.
  • Document technical solutions and functionality to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to increase code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with new platform features and functionality, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
  • Support initiatives promoting environmental and social responsibility, contributing to the company's Sustainability Charter through sustainable practices and ideas.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Strong Apex and JavaScript skills, with expertise in front-end development (HTML/CSS).
  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • A background in agile/scrum methodologies.
