We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Strategy and Policy Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Population Health Office, you will be responsible for supporting our PHC strategy, workplan development, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on healthcare policy and strategy, ensuring alignment with national initiatives and priorities.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive population health transformation, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and personalized medicine.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the annual PHC corporate planning cycle and support Senior Management in corresponding presentations and reporting.
  • Organize and conduct regular review sessions to track progress against workplans and targets.
  • Provide secretariat support for multi-stakeholder platforms, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in a field related to healthcare or public health.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in roles related to healthcare policy or strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful projects and programs.
