About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Software Engineer and contribute to the development of open-source software operations code using Python. We're looking for someone with a passion for distributed systems, experience with Linux systems administration, and familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop open-source software operations code using Python
  • Work across the entire Linux stack to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Shape high-quality open-source monitoring and alerting infrastructure
  • Simplify open-source operations for customers and the community

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar field
  • Experience with Linux systems administration, package management, and operations
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong Python development skills and experience with challenging projects
